Need to have a bed at night couch is not comfortable other parent has to sleep on the floor.
We've had nothing but wasted time and money from your facility. Yesterday we waited almost 2 hours past our appointment time for literally 3 minutes of time with a doctor, to be told something that could have been relayed over the phone. We live over an hour away from your facility. This has been the case the last 3 times we've been there. Your doctors need some classes in time management and bed side manner. Telling someone they will be crippled for life and then hurrying away after 3 minutes is not excellent patient care. ... read more
