Shoutout to Bruce in billing who was able to help me with a bill just now. He was patient with me as I was trying to understand a bill that didn't make since. When I told him I had paid on it he went into other bills and found where the money had be applied on a zero balance account. He was able to transfer that and give me a bill that made since to me. Constantly have to wait multiple hours to see the doctor. No excuse with cell phones now. If you're running two hours behind give a courteous call would be nice.
Long story short ..after my husband dealing with graves and graves eye disease and all most going blind ...thank God for dr kahana ! Very blessed we ran into him as he has done a wonderful job .everyone there was friendly and caring ..would suggest everyone going here !
We were there for two hours with cranky, hungry teenagers. I do NOT recommend a late appointment. I only gave a two because they brought out snacks. Small consolation because we had to skip our dinner. :(
