I went for an emergency appointment due to sudden onset cloudy vision. I ended up needing an injection in the eye on June 30. Long appointment, but thorough. I went back for the second time for another injection. 2 techs, a resident, a fellow, and finally the doctor. Still only 2 hours long, less than expected. My only issue was that the second time was much more painful procedure. I don't think they gave me enough of the numbing drops But Dr. Zacks is great

Been going here for almost 27 years with my daughter. We started with Dr. Delmonte, going to Dr. Bonsack and Dr. Dootz. Now we are having a cornea transplant with Dr. Mian. Dr. Bonsack has been endless help for us. Lost the battle 6 years with the left eye and now she is battling to save the right one. Private numbers and email addresses from Dr. Bonsack has put us at ease every step of the way. All Drs need to be like this team, WONDERFUL!
When 3 specialists from the Beaumont Group said I couldnt be helped it was such a relief to hear, " we can help you"...very personable, polite, efficient, all posative...I would/will recommend their services to all...i left better n with hope....
