I have a very long story to tell about my wife's (and my) experience at the University Hospital and the Kellogg Center. We still have work to be done so I think it may be in our best interest to wait until a future date for very much commentary. I will say we are very happy with the Hospital (up the hill as I have heard it referred to by Kellogg personal).
It's gorgeous.... excellent eye centet and great doctors.
Wait times are sometimes a little long, but service is otherwise very good. Only thing I might change is having a way to make appointments for the optometry shop (getting glasses ordered).

We have been sitting here 2 hours and still haven't seen the doctor .people that just walked in are getting sine before my husband this isn't the first time we sitt here for at least 2 hours each time it makes me nuts And The Woman That Sits IN The Back Is Really RUDE And Was A attitude
We love Dr Gappy and the staff. Very courteous, friendly and excellent customer service. We drive from Detroit just because of the excellent care we receive.
Dr. Gappy is a terrific opthalmologist. I would've given the facility five stars; however, I took one off because the visit was unnecessarily long, thanks to overbooking and the use of resident docs in the initial portion (basic exam, dilation) of the visit. A 2 yr old with Down Syndrome is not generally able to cooperate for examination when she has been poked and prodded for 2+ hours!
Very impressed how patient the staff was with our 6 year old son Riley. It was a long day and Riley is very stubborn at times but the staff never got frustrated with him. Especially when Riley made it a point to tell every staff member that he was a Spartan fan!
