We have been coming to the center for almost two years for my son Zander and his retina. They treat us like family and floor two is the best around! Dr J and his crew are the best!!
Night and day compared to the local doctor and staff , Dr Zacks is great and the staff are great , I recommend them anybody ask where I go for my eye care

In the care received at the UofM system has been amazing!!! We have had short waits and doctors who talk directly to my 15 year old and not the mom they allows him to ask questions. The doctors have been patient and have never acted like they were in a hurry to get to the next patient. The staff have been very thoughtful of our long drive and have been diligent in minimizing the trips down to the medical center.
They are very friendly and have smiles on their faces at check in and when you are checking out. During my eye exam they are also very friendly and smiles on their faces, and if I have any questions they answer them. I would recommend University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center.
My experience at Kellogg Eye Center yesterday was fantastic. I Love U of M Health System.
We always have friendly customer service there by all the staff, doctors and nurses. Many times we arrive early and are seen early and very efficiently. My son has been going there for 2 years and is making great improvement.
Took my 14 month old son here after receiving the answer of " I don't know time will tell" from another eye doctor by our home. I'm so glad I went down there! Every staff member was so nice and made our time there amazing. They didn't stop until they found out what was wrong and made sure we left there with a game plan and all our questions answered.
Great care and very caring staff. Not one negative thing to say.
