This place is awful! Appointment after appointment on both the peds and adult sides consistently 1.5 hours passed appt time before we are seen. Why bother scheduling if you can get it closer then that. So frustrating. Definitely will find another place to go

Find another ophthalmologist!!!! The absolute worst customer service. 2 days in a row I have been sitting here for more than 2 hours to be seen. When you ask the person at the desk, she can’t give you an answer and is rude.
They could stop making my 78 year old father wait over 3.5 hours, SO FAR, for a check. not a procedure, a check. I've walked around the river three times, named all the geese in the park, taught a squirrel to play chess then lost to it, and I'm still waiting to take him home so we can quarantine him for two weeks, get him tested, and plan a litigious offense against this place in case he gets infected.
