Signed in online. The wait wasn’t long. The gentleman at the front desk needs to learn inside voice. Especially when dealing with patient info. The tech who took his vitals was pleasant ish. We were seen by the PA fairly quick. She swabbed my son for strep and the flu. Anyone and everyone knows how crappy that can be. My son gagged and started crying and even though at first she comforted him, she then acted like he shouldn’t be crying (he’s 13 but felt like crap). Came back in and said he was positive for flu. I had to go there by ambulance in 2017 and I couldn’t hardly move to get out of the stretcher when I got there because I was having a severe reaction from withdrawal from a medication so when I get there the nurses were rude and yelling at me and acting like it was a joke the whole time. I hope I never have to go there again. Very rude immature staff.
Arrived 15 mins early for appointment and they did not process paperwork or check me in. I am still sitting here waiting 30 mins later past my appointment time now also. Ridiculous especially when no other patients are here or being helped!
