improve er wait times. waiting 5+ hours is crazy
RecommendedI received care at the Choice One in Easton Maryland and was very satisfied with my experience. I did not wait long, all of the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Even when I was waiting they continually checked in on me to see how I was doing and I was able to receive an effective treatment plan.

RecommendedAfter a roll over accident I was treated with excellent care by the trauma team. My nurses were the best, very compassionate not only to my injuries but also mentally.
I had hoped since it changed over to Charles Regional that the level of care would improve. it hasn't. Rude and incompetent are two words that come to mind. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with it since it's the closest to me. But, I wouldn't recommend anyone go here if they have other options.
