The discharge process here is ungodly. The nurse was doing all she could but on a slow discharge day here, I waited an hour outside for the wheelchair people to bring the patient down. The nurse finally had to get a tech to do it because they never came. Totally ridiculous. Thank God for the nurses! I wouldn’t be so angry but this happens every time. Get more wheelchair people or make the ones you have accountable.
