Great location for school, student at UGA. This side of town is nice. Moved from NY and i absolutely love it. Apartment rent is affordable and clean and the staff is great.
I wish they had a hell no for option ... I've been staying in this complex since 2011 and I have never been through so much BS as I do as of now ... and I definitely would never recommend anybody to stay over again... what you pay for these old apartment you might as well get a mortgage...

Terrible customer service. They also waited 4 months after being DENIED, decided to come up with some lie about my wife and I deposit. We were DENIED in October 2018. Called the exact same day for our deposit back. They specifically said it would take 30 days. Every month we called and showed up. In November, They asked us to bring the receipt for our money order, we did and guess what? they finally came up with another lie saying their system had a glitch in it and it was delaying our payment so we had to wait another 30 da... read more
