A joke. This apartment complex is AN ACTUAL JOKE. Our air has been broke for 2 months, 2 MONTHS. With a 1 year old who has to sleep in a t shirt because if I put any more clothing on her she sweats. Our bathtub has been leaking since we moved in. I have put in request after request to get it fixed and I keep getting “oh we are getting to it.” “We will fix it we just go by the date the request was submitted.” Literally just tell me you’re not gonna fix the things in my apartment and leave it at that. I have been trying to contact this place for the past 3 days to get paper work. No answers. No call backs. Ridiculous.

My daughter gave her notice of non-renewal on March 31 for a lease that was expiring on June 2. She is been asked to pay over $600 for not giving proper notice of non-renewal. The account rep-s Jackson said it had to be exactly 60 days. We did not know that giving notice 3 days prior to 60 days would cost over $200 per day. Stay away from this place.

I like my apartment and the staff. I just wish the pool was actually open and litter would be picked up by the groundsman. I've actually done it myself 3 times now. It would be the perfect place to live otherwise.
This place is great, my family loves the community and thank goodness there is a new management team!
