I’ve been a patient at this neurology practice for 12 years and have always had excellent experiences with the staff and my regular neurologist. The team is kind, professional, and truly caring. The technician who performed my NCS test today was outstanding—professional, pleasant, and made me feel comfortable right away. I had a deeply distressing experience during a nerve conduction study (NCS) at University neurology on 20, August 2025. As someone who typically handles pain well, I was unprepared for the excruciating pain I felt in one leg during the test, which was likely due to my existing nerve damage. I’ve had this test 4x before and have never had unbearable pain. The intensity was so severe my leg left the table with each jolt. Place was full so front desk person made sure we had a place to sit while we waited to be seen. Every thing was exceptional as always.
