I actually just renewed my lease with University Meadows because I love it here so much! Not only are the amenities unlike any other apartment complex I have seen, but the people here are always so friendly and willing to help. I have submitted two work orders during my time here so far, and both times they were there to fix my problems the same exact day. The free printing here has also been a life saver printing all of my power point notes for my classes without worry of using all of my money on campus!
Somebody broke into our apartment and robbed us while I was asleep in my room. maybe they had a key?
With all the great amenities that University Meadows offers and how well new ownership has done in their first few months of owning, there was no question that I wasn't going to sign a lease here for another year.
Internet is really really bad. Overpriced for what you get. The tanning bed is pretty sweet. But you don't need it. Do not live here
I just renewed for my second year here. I love the size of the apartments, its perfect for college students who don't want huge heat bills! I also love the free tanning and 24 hour fitness center.
I've been living here for 3 years, and have really enjoyed this place. The staff is very nice, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The environment is nice, updated and not trashy like some other apartment complexes. There's a lot of property to take walks on, relax, or play outdoor activities. I would say that University Meadows is a good place to live. I feel that it is good quality for what you pay. I really like having the fitness center close so I don't have to go drive somewhere to workout and also having the pool in the summer is nice if you want to go get some sun. Overall my experience has been good.
