Our dishwasher has not worked for over a year and we have made about 5-6 service requests just for nothing to happen. We have made noise complaints to the police a few times and plan on going to the office. If we pay to live here, we should be able to live here peacefully.

I have renewed twice now!! Only thing missing is an indoor/year-round pool, but amazingly, there is 24 hour workout center, and outdoor pool and jacuzzi in season!! Washer and Dryer right within the apartment. Individually-locked bedroom. Ideal !!
Not worth the price, trust me.
Members of the Marching Chips have to live on friends' couches in other complexes because UMeadows is among the very few complexes that don't work with flexible schedules. I'll be warning my students against signing with you until this is fixed.
RecommendedI renewed my lease for this year because I was so content with living at U meadows! I’ve had very few problems and any problems I did have, were handled right away through the amazing staff! I have loved living here and excited that I will be doing it for another year! :)
This place is so great, it really feels like home, and the staff are super friendly!
I loved the thanksgiving email you sent out which was essentially a threat to tell residents to renew their leases ("prices will go up, ITS THAT SIMPLE). I suppose part of the GED program the upper management of this company took didn't include marketing tactics of any kind. By the way, what the hell is new at the U?
