By far the worst place I lived in. They told me that me paying rent with my student loans would be fine and that waiting for the refund wouldn't be a problem. So, once living there they charged me late fees because my refunds didn't come back in time. I moved into the apartment complex with my door off of its hinges and my apartment trashed. They charged me fees for clean up after I moved out, even though it was cleaner and nice from all of the work orders and cleaning I did while I lived there. Worst apartment complex ever.
Great improvements are being made. Really happy with the staff too.
I love it at u meadows for the most part. Staff in the office is great, some of the maintenance team members are very nice and respectful. The older guy in maintenance can be a real creep. When ever i go down to the pool, even on the weekends some times this guy is there. He just stares at the women. It makes me super uncomfortable. I have seen him talking to some of the other girl around the pool... I'm just saying he is old enough to be our dad! Love this complex! The property is always extremely clean and maintenance is always quick responding and respectful. I am going into my 3rd year living here and think it is the most stress free, fun, and by far the best overall value Mt. Pleasant has to offer!
They have the worst wifi connection in the world! Always goes in and out. Walls are super thin too. So if you have noisy neighbors, it sucks bc you hear EVERYTHING. The new maintenance people are wonderful though! Last years was awful but this years they are so friendly and respond right away to any issues you have.
