Good service and super friendly people with great attitudes
I have purchased 2 cars before the current one at this dealership (before name change). I must say the experience purchasing the third one was totally different from before. You can certainly tell they had a management change. I was not an easy buyer, I took my Soul in for a repair and went looking to see what was available. After test driving 2 Sorento's and hours of wheeling and dealing with Dannie and James finally had a deal for me. I miss my Soul, but I love my Sorento.
Everyone at University Mazda Kia was so friendly and nice especially Taylor Crenshaw. He was patient and answered all of my crazy questions!! He made the car buying experience fun and simple!

Dannie Williams was a Great Salesman!! I have told my friends & family that Dannie is someone who takes the time to REALLY show & tell you about the car!! I called Mazda around 10:30am due to check engine light. Got appt at 1pm the same day. Dropped my vehicle off during my lunch and they had a driver that dropped me off back at work --with 35 min still left on my lunch hour!! Then he came and picked me up when I got off at 5pm---waiting at the back door with the AC running which was awesome during this heat.. Also speedy checkout with Lisa when I got back to the dealership !!!
They were great to work with. This is my second Kia. But my first time with University Mazda Kia. Can't imagine ever going anywhere else!
