Its funny how this place has changed. I bought a car from them 8 yrs ago and the service was great. Then I bought another car 3 months ago and took it in yesterday and the service was crapy. Needless to say i will be taking my car else where to be services and cleaned.

After 5 previous trips for a specific problem, I was able to get my problem solved. If it hadn't been for Josh from the service dept, taking responsibility for getting things done, I'm not sure what would have happened. Josh got things done & didn't quit!

Found a Toyota Camry on Cargurus listed for $10,994. Very nice vehicle and salesman Kevin was pleasant to work with. However when it came time to finalize the deal, management wouldn't sell it for $10,994 as advertised but, had some BS add-on's ; nitro tire package and some other BS to increase the price to $11, 500 and some change. Told them I was willing to pay the advertised price of $10,994 but they would not honor it!!!! Seems illegal at worst and very shady at best. My purchase went pretty smooth so there was no opportunity to give bad service all though I will say it was definitely high pressure I wasn't going to let that affect me either way..BUT when it came to setting up what they owed me (my new car had a chip in the door they said they would fix) I have been treated like a burden..I can't believe how those smiling faces turned to pissed..now sales managers won't return my calls and it's been 4 months. It's worth the drive to try another Mazda Kia

Troy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and willing to answer all questions we had.
