Very deceiving that my original comment was deleted. Everything went smooth during our purchase, I was actually very grateful and appreciative. It wasn't until a month later we started having issues starting with a very unexpected down payment around Christmas time and spoke to everyone including the GM which made us seem to be the liar. We also were told we had VIP warranty at purchase but a month later they stated we did not. Thanks University Mazda Kia for giving us a high dollar trade in for our Kia and making it easy to get the perfect car for our little family. Additionally, the service department has always gone above and beyond to give us the best price for our servicing needs and is always friendly and convenient to use. Due to previous experience we were scared of being ripped off by dealerships, but that has never been the case here. I would recommend this dealership over any others in Waco.
