With new Management at University Edge, I am very pleased to say that they have greatly improved. I lived here last year with previous management and decided to re-sign my lease due to convenience. The spaces are brand new, furnished, and very close to Notre Dame. However this year I was pleasantly surprised with how the front office handles everything, especially the lease consultant Kim - she's wonderful and gets to know residents by their name. Crappy wifi, dirty apartments, literally charge you for everything, my roommates and I didn't even have mattresses in our rooms when we move in (they are supposed to be provided)
Been here 3 weeks and it's been great. Staff has been attentive. You might want your own mattress, but that's a personal preference.
