this place is a rip off they make up fake stuff about your apartment when you move out & fine you for the most ridiculous things. did anyone get their security deposit back? my daughter is still waiting on hers. they literally run the place like North Korean political prisoner camp. the $150 application fee is beyond stupid. i could go on & on
Friendly staff, great maintenance team, and good amenities! A little pricey but a good value.
University Edge is a great place to live! Living here has made commuting to school much easier especially with the free shuttle service. Having all your appliances in your apartment as well is a great convenience! I recommend everyone to move to edge!
Working with a cleaning service and never knew anything like this existed in our area... I would highly recommend the furnished apartments to anyone looking for a nice clean and close to everything apartment.
The location was easy to find. Had parking spaces available upon arrival. The parking lot was fairly cleaned from the snow too. The pool looked nice for the summer and the gym was a nice size too. My favorite was the room of tvs. FOOTBALL weekends would be awesome in there. The gal that gave me the tour was super helpful. Kim helped me understand how sharing an apartment works and the awesome specials going on. Thank you for a great experience.

Toured this apartment complex and was amazed. They are new apartments that are furnished and very close to all three universities. The leasing consultant Kim was great giving the tour and answering all of our questions. Would highly recommend this complex.
