Units are not the size they are advertised as online. Initially rented a unit to store my motorcycle that was within dimensions to find out it was much smaller than listed. Contacted the company and came to an agreement to combine another locker we had and get their largest at a discounted rate due to the issue. Signed the lease but they have been charging us full rate over the last year not honouring the amended contract and agreed pricing! FYI usually prepay. Our family has used University Drive Storage in Lethbridge twice in the last year We are very impressed The app made it so convenient to enter the property and to get into our units Everything was clean Our phone calls were always answered promptly We definitely recommend University Drive Storage in West Lethbridge to anyone looking for a clean safe convenient facility
Anytime I need to go to my unit there's ALWAYS a problem. During winter lock was frozen and broke. So got replaced. Haven't used or tried to get into unit for months. And now my battery is to low on the lock so won't unlock. Office hours suck. So now won't be able to get into my unit until Monday. Oh wait that's if you can get a hold of someone on the phone.
