Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

No, I left with more problems than I came with! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat

I have very hard time with their billing system. First after years later when my kids changed insurance, they filed to the old insurance. Then as you can image, months later, I received past due balance. After I correct insurance info with them, another a few months past. However, I still received past due balance. They are blaming me and my insurance for their mistake.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
