Dr. Vies is a fine dentist. However, their biilling practices are intolerable. On several occasions they hav improperly billed the insurance. Calls to their office were not productive. Calls made to their manager were "never returned". There is no way to contact their billing company. I am presently experiencing a bill that was paid and deducted from my checking account on Sep. 20. Dr. Barger and his hygienist Brandi are great! A+ service and gentle care. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

This dentist has recommended that I have additional services that I do not need. Be very careful with their recommendations or you may end up paying more and getting surgeries that are not necessary.
