I took my little boy for his first visit at this clinic and the receptionist “old lady with white hair was so mean” !!!!!! Really why so mean ? Specially with new patients !!!! Come on! She wanted to force my 2 year old boy to wear a protection mask, and I understand the covid 19 situation but he is only 2 , and don’t even understand what’s going on ! RecommendedI’m a new patient after searching for a dentist in my plan network. The staff and Dr Naik took great care of my dental needs. Scheduled for routine checkup etc in a few days.
I have been to a lot of dentists trying to find the right one. I'm so happy to say that they deserve a 10 out of 5 stars. I have never been so happy to go to the dentist. They make you feel very comfortable and safe. Dr Naik is so amazing. I just cant say enough good things about him. I had 5 feelings today and I'll be going in 2 weeks to get some more done. The best feeling is not dreading the dentist, I am not worried at all. I suffer from high anxiety so finding University Dental was huge for me.
I normally hate going to the dentist, but after going here I look forward to going! Everyone is so friendly�
We were recommended this place when we first moved to Austin after a not-so-good dental visit elsewhere. We have been going back since! We really appreciate their nice staff and clean environment. My teeth feel so much cleaner already!!
