When touring the place, the furnished room they show you looks great and all, however the rooms that people live in look like crap. Most of the wood furnishing in my room and kitchen/living area was scratched beyond belief and looked horrible. On top of that, my apartment was dirty - the bathroom was nasty, and my two dresser drawers were broken / off the tracks. I see a lot of negative comments, and even though the Internet wasn't working I was super upset at the time as well and posted a not so good review.. But my mind has really changed over the past few days. Our internet is back and running the staff had to reason with a lot of crabby people and they handled themselves great. I have had nothing but great service from all the staff and the amenities are great! It's a great place to live :)

The building is physically pretty good. But for the price you pay, you'd expect there would never be problems with basic amenities like internet. There has been no/horribly slow internet for almost a week now. I just moved in, but looking at other reviews, this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. Management has not been keeping us in the loop with progress regarding this, and if this is the fault of the provider...then switch providers! Integra obviously isn't doing their job, so switch to Comcast or something! And on... read more

Shitty internet has been out for four/five days since the school began. And last time this happened was right at the final week last semester. Overpriced place and shitty service. I'm moving out the next semester. Can't believe I've lived here for two years!!!

I lived here for 2 years only because I was too lazy to find another place. The staff here are incredibly rude and very clueless about the apartments. They are very unhelpful and will not assist you unless you badger them to help you. The after hour maintenance is a hassle. They don't supply you with a direct line. You have to call the HQ and then they call the after hour maintenance people only to leave a message. They do not tell you when the after hour maintenance people w...Continue Reading

Parents--if your kids live here--beware. You never get a live person to talk to if there is any issue, they pull money out of bank accounts without being authorized, they charge exorbitant fees when they vacate the apartment. We are now involving our attorney. They are awful!!!
