At most, this place gives you a bed to sleep in and a roof over your head. They take 12 month’s rent when you only get the apartment for 11 because they somehow take a full three weeks to turn over their units when most places only take 5-7 days. You’d think our apartment would have been clean when we moved in then...wrong! The floors turned our feet black and we had thousands of ants that we had to kill. This is a great place to live. Not only is it super affordable but it has awesome amenities. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Moved out of University Commons on last weekend, and got charged for electricity bill overage. Thank you for convenience and your service U commons!
There's just not enough space here to say all of the things that need to be said about this place (you can check out the Google reviews for that). I wish I could give it no stars.
