Received an 8 day notice to pay a "debt" that I owe of the amount of 306 dollars. I paid everything, pro rated amount and also the full rent, security deposit. When trying to call the office nobody answers. I need this issue resolve NOW.

Concord Rents is the far from worse ,they dont help you even if your in need ,they deny you for no reason and take your money.

I assisted my senior mom in applying and paying all fees and holding deposit for a senior apartment in Orange City, FL. The only time I was able to speak to someone when calling (once out of 10-20 times in 3 months) was before I paid the application fee and holding deposit. I asked the lady over the phone about the process and the waiting list. I was approved for an apartment here and paid all fees required, I still have not heard from an actual person regarding the apartment unit!! Months have passed and i am starting to think i was robbed out of my money. This issue needs to be fixed right away or i will be contacting my lawyer.

I have applied twice and both times I have been denied. The disputes due to incorrect information on my credit reports changed nothing. they take your application fee and then disregard you. the staff are always very short or can't help you except to encourage you to pay the non refundable application fee and security deposit. The first time we applied for income base and we were denied even proving inaccurate information on the report. Do not enter residence unless you speak to an adult and I am present. I am unplugging this loud machine and I will be temporarily leaving the unit until everything is properly fixed. I am right now suffering from severe depression and anxiety and I have had multiple episodes of anxiety attacks since this issue started. Went to work for this company one full day and weekend on call the following week went to get my cpo and called a maintenance supervisor only for them to hire another man that not bad enough contact them about my pay that is due just to be ignored tomorrow I'm gonna file it with Bbb I have seen another but this company is a scam

If I could give this company a 0 out of 5 I could...Very misleading information on the website. Did not know that these apartments were income based...My husband is being transferred for work and applied for these apartments on June 23, 2021...On June 29th his application was denied due to income...As of July 12th we have yet to receive our $350 apartment reservation fee and this is not including holiday or weekends...7 ENTIRE BUSINESS DAYS....No one at Heritage Park answers the phone or returns your phone calls after leavin... read more

I am not satisfied AT ALL with how management and the headquarters office in Maitland handle complaints! I was wrongfully/mistakenly charged a pet violation fee back in January 2021- the day after I received the pet violation fee notice, I contacted the office with my concerns and reassured them that we were dealing with a big mistake, there has been NO pets in my apartment, not visiting, not owned.!
