These people took my money as a holding deposit for an apartment that they couldnt provide like they said, Nick at Oviedo town center tells me he wont refund my money even though there is no apartment for me to move in to. he now tells me that i wont be getting my money back at all. this is no way to treat people. How do you take someones money for something you dont have and then tell them you are keeping it even though they cant provide anything. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER JUST LIKE ME.

I should have read the signs when just getting an apartment was a hassle. Ever since I moved here at the end of 2020 I have had issue after issue. They charge for everything here and force you to purchase a bundle to get the full residential experience including amenities, but on their website they advertise rent prices not disclosing anything about the fact that parking, amenities, etc. are not included with rent. I live at ************** apartments for 15yrs. I did not put the date on a rent check that was mailed 10 days before due in november they refused check december 3 and fined me $95.95 an did it with an notice april the went to wifi an said you had to take there service no other company would be aloud to be on the property. also I still dont know what i am paying they said 89.00 pr. mounth with your rent. an prorated from the 9th of april I could not get service till the 16th. the office is a joke most of yhe time they do not ... read more

If I could give 0 rating I would. I applied for a 1bed/1bath on April 5, 2021. I paid the $85 application fee and $200 deposit to "reserve the apartment". This company asked for a number of personal documents that I frankly did not under why the need for so much private information. That being said, I provided the information each and every time they came back asking for something else. I live Summer Cove 7 years always paid my rent on time they never had a complain of me being late and when i told them that i was going to moved they said if i stay after that my contract was due i had to pay $150 extra to the rent plus they increase my rent 1500 for 2 month that i had to stay my apartment was old all others were upgrade everything new and that was the rent for new apartment I had old washer, fridge, dryer, stove, bathtub old had rugs for 7 years I try to clean the best i could but when you moved they change... read more

Our office recently spoke with Ms. ******* and attempted to go over the deductions from her security deposit as listed on the Deposit Disposition that was mailed to her. If she is willing to contact our office again, we would be more than willing to go over all of the items listed as well reaffirm the condition of the apartment as it was given to us along with the terms and conditions of the lease agreement that Ms. ******* was a part of.

Concords Management is a company I would not recommend to anyone they take your application and say you are approved and did. Come back asking for all kind of fees and they take HUD and section 8 and they treat senior citizen terrible.they also have been doing this for years

We inform all prospective renters that security deposits can range between $700 and $1500. We require $350 of the deposit up front as a holding fee which is applied towards the total security deposit determined for the applicant. Once the application is fully approved the remaining balance of the security deposit owed is due within 72 hours.

I will like request a refund from concord rents due to company violating HUD. I have been given the run around for proper introduction towards the residence. I was told first to provide just pay stubs and the amount that i made . I given them my income around 22,000 yearly - 26,000. They pulled out the system 39,000 . I also given them pay stubs and W2 to prove my actual income . The application was processed in accordance with the regulations of the affordable housing program in place at Enclave at Alafaya. We are required to verify all income and assets of the household and any recurring deposits must be reviewed to determine program eligibility.

If I could give a huge 0 I most definitely would. I lived on a property for 5 years with multiple issues at hand. So many different fees I would have to pay only to never be refunded but a credit to my residents portal. Woohoo! Went without a working air conditioner for over a year that only got fixed because I threatened to get a lawyer and the local news involved. Ms. ****** I am sorry for your experience and would like to share with you that if we charged you for the carpet, then it was beyond normal ware and tear and or it was not cleaned as stated on your move out instructions. The auto pay was not taken off, if and when a resident set ups auto pay they add a beginning and end date in the portal. I live in a concord property for the last ten years switch to my third property in August, now they were nice to grant me a hardship transfer to a cheaper property and all, but afterwards is where the the headache begins, after weeks I though I would some sort of deposit back and that didn't happen, instead I'm hit with 1800 dollars of payments, let me tell you while yes the apartment was not pristine and some charges I can agree with but what I don't understand is the charges of the things we been telling to fix for ages an... read more

In looking over Mr. ****** account we do see where credit reporting was initiated prior to setting up a payment arrangement on the current account. It shows that the payment arrangement wasn't set up until the end of December. Notice was sent out the month prior that credit reporting was taking place. We do show that a formal dispute has been received and you will receive a certified response from our internal dispute team once it has been completed.
