Our New Hone Moved in a couple months ago. Love this place, love the building, love Jennifer and the staff. They are always so friendly and helpful anytime I need them. We love our view of the River and west Tulsa. We really enjoy all the activities in the River Parks from our balcony. The gym is top. Itch and the convenience store is pretty handy. The units are very quiet. Anyone interest in downtown Tulsa living this unique apartment complex should be your first choice. Go see Jennifer today.
A place you can call home. I am new to Tulsa and as you can imagine apartment hunting was overwhelming. University Club was the first apartments I toured and the staff was absolutely incredible. There wasn't any need for me to tour any other complex. The views are impressive and all the amenities are extraordinary. You won't find anything else like it. The community is diverse and most importantly welcoming. My fur baby and I have found our home in Tulsa.
Love it here!! I moved into University Club with my son in February, and we love it! It is such a diverse community, and the management and maintenance teams are so helpful with every request. There are resident events, pool parties, a community room, snack shop, mail room, movie room, etc...and it’s pet friendly with a huge green space. We love it here. And the views can’t be beat! Always feel safe, designated private parking...can’t be beat!
I will have to be dragged from this place!! Don't listen to hearsay..come down and check this place out!! I've been living here a year and LOVE it!! Great views, amenities are stellar and the staff is second to none. The whole place has been remodeled recently and they spared no expense!! Its secure, stylish, quiet and super friendly!!! I've got a great view of downtown and i love sitting on my balcony at night and having a bevy and just relaxing...love it!! Don't trust them I loved living here for 5 years, then was completely blindsided with fees upon moving out! Get everything in writing if you deal with these people/this company. Don't take them at their word, no matter how good your business relationship is with them! When I gave notice that we were moving out, the office girl that I talked to didn't write it down. Then when my roommate was getting documents for his new apartment, they told him they didn't have our notice but that they'd put it in and disregard the "30 day n... read more
Awesome place to live Any negative reviews are from a long time ago. This place has made some great renovations and is a value considering where it is, and where it is going. I moved here from out of state and am very happy here, and I think a lot of the other people who've moved here feel the same. It is getting to be a nice crowd that isn't so young that people are obnoxious, but still young enough to be a fun crowd.

Best views in town, great place to live! Now with renovations mostly completed, University Club is perfect. It has the best views in Tulsa, wonderful balconies (9x9 foot), new appliances, floors, granite counters, etc. I like the location in mid-town by the river, as well as the large, well equipped fitness center. Management and staff are always friendly and responsive. It seems every week or so they have social events... such as holiday parties, wine tasting, and other gatherings. Great location and even better views. Everyone in Tulsa know about the giant needle looking building, but most don’t know that it was just renovated and can’t be beat. The staff is super friendly and the updated units are a really good deal $/sq foot when compared to other units downtown. Can’t beat the location! My favorite thing about the building is all the weekly events and community involvement.
Amazing Property We have lived here for about 18 months. It is a great place to live because of the people who manage the property. Even though the renovations are underway, life here is great. The pool is beautiful, the gym is huge, the yoga instructor is terrific and the apartments are wonderful. What more could a person want??
