I live in 109 Tower and I am already being negatively affected by this apartment building that hasn't even finished being constructed...I would like to personally file a noise complaint with University Bridge Residences. I have called the Miami Dade non-emregency multiple times to file a complaint. Every night from 1 am to 5 am, besides Sundays, there is a construction company that makes excessive noise right outside the building.
