Today was the second time I attempted to get a oil change at this place for my 16 Genesis. After I was told that my car required synthetic oil (which is not true). I asked if they can speak to the manager because I refuse to put synthetic oil into a Hyundai. The manager agreed but came back and said it will be a 10 dollar up charge because the oil change was "hard to preform, on this vehicle." Which is another lie. Went to get a new vehicle today and ended up here at Universal Nissan. Frank Diaz was extremely helpful and so informative. He was great to work with and was able to find exactly what we needed. We also were able to do our financing and Norm LeBlanc was a superstar all the way. He got us a great deal that fit our budget. Two awesome guys who are great at what they do.
