In 2 weeks, I took my car to Universal Nissan twice for repair. the first time, they said that the problem was the sparks plug, I paid expensive price for the product and the service. I thought that for being a Nissan dealership, I would not have any more problems. my mistake. my car continued broken and I returned to Universal Nissan which informed me that the problem was again the sparks plugs. four days later, my car was broken again, I had to go back to Nissan which informed me another problem. again I paid an expensive ... read more

The service at Universal Nissan is the worst. I had an appointment to check the battery on my Nissan Leaf and thought it would be awhile so I dropped it off. Nine hours later, no one had called to provide the status of my car. I left two voicemails with my service tech and he would not call me back. When I called the main line, I was transferred all around and just put in with voicemail again. I asked to speak with a supervisor, same run around. Epically bad service.
