I went to Universal Hair & Body Salon a couple months ago because I had a Groupon for a "Coppola Keratin Treatment". This was my second experience with receiving a keratin treatment... my first experience was with Isabella Salon (Isabella's treatment was amazing!). LOVE THEM!!!!! I was introduced to Universal Hair & Body Salon through Groupon. After my first time going, I havent been anywhere else since. They are the BEST! Beth is absolutely amazing! My hair is now healthier and longer and I am so grateful. I recommend them to everyone!!!!

I read mixed reviews about the salon prior to actually going. Some read that a woman named Beth was rude to them. When I first met Beth, she was so kind and sociable. However, as the day went on, and as the salon got busier, she got stressed, and it showed. She didn't talk or smile nearly as much as she did when I first met her. For almost 10 years I haven't found one salon that has provided me with service and results as satisfying as this one. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and friendly, making the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Beth knows exactly how to take care of my hair every time I'm back in town from school and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else for my haircut. The welcoming, comfortable, and professional atmosphere has had me coming back since I was in middle school!

I came here the first time to cut my long hair into a short style.I am happy with the cut,and the moroccan oil treatment left my hair really soft and healthy.Susana did a great job making sure I got the haircut I wanted.

Got a groupon for Keratin treatment and ended up getting my hair colored too. Really loved how it came out. I don't agree with the bad reviews. These ladies are super nice and they did a great job. I'm coming back for my next treatment.

The whole staff at Universal is not only very pleasant and polite but also extremely knowledgeable if their job. I originally came in for the keratin treatment which was amazing but I ended up so totally satisfied that I even bring my girls to get their haircut as well! Thank you Beth for your amazing service :)

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My friend recommend me and since then I haven't stopped coming. The staff is amazing and a joy to be around. I get the Keratin treatment there and it always looks amazing. CUSTOMER 4 LIFE!
