Wonderful Service! A feel of family atmosphere. Beth, the owner runs a professional salon with great products. I've had Keratin treatment done on my hair n it's a very natural n effective treatment. Also, currently doing laser treatments. Very effective since the first session. Maribel, the laser technician is wonderful! Very happy, I highly recommend it! ;)

I've done the keratin treatment here twice and have been very happy with the results. I did the treatment with Beth and she was a delight. My family member has also cut their hair here multiple times with Beth and has had positive results each time. Would reccomend this salon to everyone!

I first came her for keratin treatment in Jan w Beth. She's absolutely amazing!!!! I came back to cut my hair w her and I can honestly say that every time I come I am never disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and very attentive. I have been doing laser hair removal w Maribeth which have been great. Very effective. This place used the best products. My hair and my soul love Universal hair salon. I recommend it to everyone for any need u might have.

I am a student at the University of Miami and have been coming here for the past 4 years. Every time I come I have a wonderful experience that keeps me coming back. I see Elizabeth for a keratin treatment once a year with great results! The quality is excellent for the price of the service. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth and all of the staff here!

I found this place on Groupon. The Laser Hair Removal Treatment was great! The treatment worked great on my dark skin. I definitely recommend Maribel. She is awesome!

Do not go to this place, false advertisement, I saw this deal in groupon but I called before I bought the groupon deal. They told me not to buy the groupon that they will give me the same price. I asked them if they had an appointment today's date how much it was for my hair. She told me 10 to 15 when I went to pay she charge me 45$ extra on top of the groupon especial. I was so mad my blood pressure was high . This place is horrible.

I would definitely recommend universal. I went over two months to get laser hair removal with Maribel and I am very pleased with the results. she does and excellent job.

i purchased the groupon for the moroccan oil & haircut and ended up getting a blow dry as well, it was my first time visiting the salon. everyone was very pleasant from the time i entered, the place was very clean as well. i was attended by cynthia, she was AWESOME. due to a health condition, i'm always a little hesistant about visiting salons but she made me feel extremely comfortable and did an amazing job on my hair. i absolutely love it! i will definitely be visiting the salon again very soon.

Universals Beth is a lier she posts adds on groupon and then you end up paying triple the price very unprofessional and money hungry some employees are not even licensed I definetly won't recommend this place to no one
