I want to thank everyone because staff have stepped up to ensure customer safety and the entire facility was clean and sanitize. The entire process was smooth. I found it very safe to come back to Mt Pleasant Dental. Their procedure is so easy to follow: You re not allowed to go in until it s your appointment time. Checked temperature. Shoes were covered with the disposable plastic. Wash your hands before seated. The staffs were very welcoming.
Dr. Croy's office is up to date with safety precautions on COVID infection. I was really impressed on how they protect their patients/clients as well as the staff. I watched how the staff sanitize each room after a patient leaves. They have their protocols set in place and the staff are all compliant. Kudos to Dr. Croy and her staff.

I am really glad that I switched over to this place. The entire staff are amazing. Every time I come in for appointments, I feel very welcome and at ease. I just wish that they would give out the dental bags(toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc) like at my previous clinic 😕.
The doctors and the associates are very friendly.
Been a new patient for about a year have been very happy with them my previous dentist was 15 years prices were going up like crazy so I found this place prices are at least 35 to 40% cheaper for me and my insurance,
