I got my car totaled, and had a very stressful and difficult situation. There were five cars involved so there was a lot of things for the insurance to figure out. Universal Collision turned a bad experience completely around. After the damage to the car which in itself was a headache we ran into several speed bumps navigating the insurance and repair process but they heard my voice and concerns and made everything ok in the end. I went from an unhappy customer who was extremely frusterated to a raving fan by the time taken by the staff and the extra care given for our troubles. In particular, Tammy worked hard to help iron issues out with my insurance company and get the repair to my car done. She's a competent professional and a great person to work with. Universal Collision on the east side ( capital circle location) has really gone above and beyond to make me feel like a priority and a member of their family. They fixed my car super fast and I was back on the road in my spotless car. I will come here for all my future repairs and also recommend your shop to others. Thank you for everything!
I can't say enough about the service, speediness, and great customer relations Universal Collision provides. My brand new car of only about 6 months had some damage done to it and they got it fixed up, looking good as new in a few short days! I could not tell a bit of difference, they are awesome there. Hopefully, I won't have to go back soon but hands down that is where it would be!
