RecommendedExcellent customer service! The staff is extremely friendly, professional and kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was in their care. The repairs look fantastic! My car looked brand new when I got it back. I am VERY happy with their work! I will definitely recommend them and use them again!
A tree fell on my car during the hurricane damaging my car. Insurance adjuster came out and assessed the damage and said it would take 6 days to fix. Universal had my car 5 weeks and 2 days. This was totally unacceptable for cosmetic damage. They said the holdup was due to the Insurance company. The insurance company says they were not the cause if the holdup. I will say that my car looks good but it was a ridiculous amount of time for minor work.

Tree fell on my SUV and when I say it damaged the whole back side of my SUV. Roof was damaged, window and electric functions as well! When I got my car back I was very happy with the results The whole process went smooth and great customer service the whole process!!! Thank you Heather (front staff) for being so good to my car and I am very happy with the results and highly recommend this group!! Thank you guys again
The front office staff was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and disorganized. The necessary work took over 4 weeks for $2,200-$2,500 worth of damage on a 2yr old vehicle. Repaired area's paint color was slightly darker, new 2.5-3" scratch on passenger door, and interior once over "cleaning" left white residue on metal, faux wood trim and touch screen. Supervisors and owners apologized for "issues" yet nothing was done to rectify them. Customer service left a lot to be desired and would not recommend to others.
