I can't say enough good things about Jeff at Universal Auto. We have used him for several years to service our 08' Dodge Caravan. Two weeks ago, the van developed a small oil leak just before we were to leave on vacation, a 1200 mile round trip. I spoke with Jeff and he diagnosed the problem as a bad oil pan gasket on Wednesday afternoon. He ordered the necessary parts that night and had it repaired by noon on Thursday. Amazing service! Posting for my hubby, Eugene....on his way through Knoxville his car broke down and I went online to find a car repair place near to where he was broke down. He called Jeff. He found Jeff to be an excellent mechanic who charged a fair price, and who is, more importantly, a wonderful human being. High recommdation from Eugene!
Jeff always does a good job as quickly as he can. Never any complaints, I take him our fleet of vehicles and my own.
