Gets your vehicle in and explains everything that he worked on and if he recommends anything else. I’ve brought two vehicles in so far, and not only is he reasonably priced, it he’s quick getting the job done.
Was traveling home from gatlinburg to Millington tn when my transmission decided to come apart. Got lucky when I ran across Universal Auto. Jeff did a great job and saved me while I was out of town. I owned a 2004 Town and Country until 12/2015. I went in to see Jeff with a long list of repairs a big name company suggested. He verified the list was legit and worked with me to repair the most important things first and work down the list a little at a time. I send my teenaged son to Jeff, as I know, Jeff is honest, reliable, and hardworking. No fear of being taken advantage of and feel secure knowing the repairs are done properly.
