DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER – THIS PLACE GETS NO STARS but that's not allowed. Ken/Costa/Frank are all LIARS. They smile and tell you that you order will be there on one day, and you wait....and Wait, and WAIT. Then you call them and start swearing like a mad person because you have never been so pissed off in your life. AND those smug a-holes act like they are not even a part of the foul up. SHOP AT SNYDER DIAMOND, or ABSOLUTE APPLIANCE - even PACIFIC SALES. But what ever you do, STAY AWAY FROM UNIVERSAL APPLIANCE.
Unprofessional – Preface: This is a real review- as opposed the the sheepish fake reviews placed, en masse everywhere else. After deciding on the range I wanted and seeing that it was the same price everywhere, I went with the best salesperson. How Costa bamboozled me with his demeanor.
