Wonderful Experience – The experience was wonderful. The price of the item I purchased was several hundred dollars less than any retailer in town. The delivery time was listed on the website as 1-2 weeks, but actually arrived within 3 days of the order confirmation. Wonderful turnaround time! Couldn't be happier – I bought a Jenn-Air microwave on the internet. Universal had the lowest advertised price. They shipped in a week, and item came well packed. The only snafu was the tracking information provided was stated it was shipped UPS however it was shipped FedEx. I sent email to inquire and had almost immediate response with the correct shipper name. I couldn’t be happier. I will do business again.

Great prices and prompt service. Some of the products I bought were delayed from the manufacturer so they shipped partial without increasing price. All but last item has arrived and are great.
Theres not much to say; buying from Universal went exactly the way youd expect it to. They answered email and the phone promptly and shipped when they said they would. Everything arrived perfect, undamaged and on-time.
