I had my blood drawn by Ramona twice so far. She is always amazing. I am a hard poke and she made the experience a breeze! Everyone is polite and nice.
Excellent phlebotomists, but operations really needs to work on the workflow. If an outside provider faxes in orders, staff puts them in a drawer and doesn't process them further. Then, when you arrive and want to complete the order, they have to dig around in a big pile of faxes, and then input the orders and the codes while you wait. Horribly inefficient and completely unnecessary. This happens every time I send in a outside order.
Friendly staff, short wait. They were wonderful with my 2 y/o for his lab draw
I have deep veins that roll or blow out and have had hospitals have a difficult time drawing my blood but this location does it quickly and is friendly.
