I have seen my dr. for 17 years. Everything is great until you run into issues with your baclofen pump. Kept calling for my follow up appointment post hospitalization. Nurse just said she would see what she could do. Told everything is in place to go to another facility. Get there and they won’t do anything. They wouldn’t check my pump until I through a fit. My one star is mainly due to the automated message on everyone’s review. I would say the time taken to respond to poor 1 star reviews would show any potential patient the amount they care about you or your problems.
Told a light hearted joke to the immature Dr. about strength tests, and he stared at me in awkward silence for about 30 seconds and asked me if I was "all right".... Like he thought he was on tiktok. I asked him who he thought he was gaslighting, and he apologized but I feel like he should know that disrespecting people who have been waiting 6 months to see him for burning neuropathy is not advisable for a tiny little insecure 115 lb man.
Appointment was extremely rushed. Had a variety of severe and chronic symptoms I needed to discuss, many of which are directly compromising my quality of life and basic functioning. Wasn't asked about them, nor were they engaged directly at any point during the appointment. Found myself interjecting some of them at random during my neural exam just to fit them in.
