I used to always like St Lukes. Always first choice. Their billing and customer service is way below standard. I dont know what happened. I'm considering not going there for any further treatments for anything...not even a cold. To help illistrate this, i saw treatment from a car accident. They notified me in January of a bill....notified me in February, i called two days after recieving the bill and i was already sent to collections for this. I wasnt even at fault in the accident. I stopped at the urgent care on Edgewood road today for the first time. The staff and the doctor were so friendly and helpful!
Thank you Urgent Care I came in 15 minutes before closing and they were great and took care of my baby for me he had a throat and ear infections!!!! It would have been a rough night if I had to go sit and wait to be seen an a ER! THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF US ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS SO CLOSE TO YOU GUYS GOING HOME! It is so appreciated
