RecommendedHad to visit the Urgent Care in Cedar Rapids today. From the online check-in, the front office staff, the nurse and Dr. Niemeyer was a pleasant experience for feeling so terrible. They were all friendly, caring and professional! Best experience I've had at an urgent care facility! The online check in is awesome!

I absolutely love all the doctors here, years ago Dr. Urbi was in fact my family doctor! I was so upset when he left to pursue a different area of care, but glad I get to see him here. I wish that I could make him or Dr. Tran Lam my family doctor, that would be amazing. But since I can't, anytime I can't get into my doctor I ALWAYS come here!!
Iv now been to Urgent Care, been to E.R. numerous times, have had cat scans, xrays & other proceedures, as well as full blown surgeries... And what sticks out to me the most throughout everything that I've listed; is the efficient, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff!
They have a digital screen that lets you know exactly where you are in the Que and how long before you are seen. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Excellent care and all the staff were fantastic
They were very nice got in quickly Dr Urbbi was very nice and explained things well. Got good meds and am on the mend , I hope
Made my appointment online so didn’t have to sit at their office feeling sick. Stayed at home til they sent me a text telling Me to come in. Very efficient. Use to wait for hours at these walk in clinics years ago. But this clinic I was in and back in my house within an hour and that was including a pharmacy stop too. Doctor and nurses very nice. Will definately go back
The quality of care here is amazing! I recieved excellent service. However, the wait time was terrible. I was put on a three hour wait list when I checked in. Recommended to check in online to get faster service.
