I just had a nurse by the name of James get in my face and intimidate me, the doctor even came in and said it shouldn’t have happened. Now the nurse is treating me like crap because I didn’t know how to fill my meds. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a hospital. Get it together. I had a NURSE stand over my bed with a leg injury scream at me! Refused to leave my room! I screamed help and I never got another soul in the room with us! I want answers 6416805088 now!

I wish your organization cared more about me as a patient rather than restrictive policies and procedures. I injured both of my legs in a fall at home and could not receive remote care or consultation. First, because I don’t have a cellphone I couldn’t access the app required for tele-visit. I went to the Unity Point Westdale Urgent Care Office today to get a Covid-19 test . The process of calling when you get there and then receiving a text when they are ready for you to come in worked very smooth and right on time. I went in and registered. Waited less then 5 minutes . The Nurse that did the COVID-19 test was very sweet and made the test quick and easy . I give Unity Point West 2 Thumbs Up 👍 👍

Express care at Peck's Landing is Wonderful! Twice in 1 week I've been there, for different ailments, and each time I was immediately taken back to the room and no long wait times. They even did x-rays right there! Hope to not need to go again anytime soon But very Thankful they are there!
after 12 years leaving, 2 hart attacks, 1 stroke they finally admitted they can not do any proactive treatments because the insurance will not let them. They can wait until after to do test but not before. I was informed they will not even try to contact insurance about proactive test. so they have no problem waiting for me to have a problem so they can charge me hundreds of thousands of dollars instead of thousands. Years of my life so they could make money.
