Everyone who was suppose to be answering the phones on the afternoon of November 14th should be written up or fired. I called for over an hour and was on hold every time. I finally called the Lakeview front desk to get an actual person. He transferred me to urgent care who said I needed to talk to family medicine and said they were available. I called back and again no one answered. I called back to the Lakeview front desk who then called management to find out why no one was answering the phone. After a call from management... read more
