I have been to this location more frequently for the past month due to my son having recurring ear infections and unfortunately, they seem to come on Saturdays so we couldn’t see our usually pediatrician. In our last two visits the physician has been rude and gave little empathy. In one of our recent appointments, she mentioned she wanted to “prove us wrong” about our son’s ear infection, and behold he had one. I’ve been using this clinic for the past two years purely out of convenience due to its proximity to my home. While the front desk staff and nurses have always been courteous and professional, my experiences with the physicians and nurse practitioners have consistently left me feeling dismissed, minimized, and treated as though I’m a burden rather than a patient seeking care.
