The place was okay, but the shared restrooms were neither convenient nor welcoming. The technician was cordial, but I was only able to sleep for about an hour before being awakened and sent home. This was my fourth sleep study, and what truly concerned me was the result stating that I had no OSA. I have a copy of my previous sleep study—signed by a pulmonologist—confirming that I do have obstructive sleep apnea. I've done 2 studies at the Hollywood facility. Different Techs for each study. They were both wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. Helped me to relax.The rooms were clean and bathroom. I would definitely recommend this facility. Thank you!!!!
I wrote them a letter and reached out via fax about one of their other locations and got no response. I reached out directly to the office manager and its been two months. I am still having difficulty getting my test results.
Best place ever, very comfortable & relaxing environment, amazing & caring staff. Very professional!
Just wanted to say that my husband had a great experience at this center. The room was nice and clean, and cool. The techs were amazing and attend to whatever he needed. The office personnel I dealt with were amazing, caring and helped with contacting my insurance and gave me good directions and instructions. In the times we are living when everything is changing, its good to know we can still relay on caring people like these. Job Well Done
