I recently had an interview and found it so incredibly un professional. I work in retail and my interviews with them were more professional. I understand it was casual Friday and all. But interviewing people in jeans and tshirts?? And honestly to me didn’t seem friendly at all.

I’ve been working here for almost a month and I love it. I came into this business knowing absolutely nothing about it and I’ve been trained. And I plan on applying for a different position in the future.
My daughter was hired a few months ago. After training and mentoring, she didn't think the position she was in was a good fit for her. She reached out to Talent, her lead and senior lead to see if she could move to another area, like they were told could happen during orientation . She was basically told no,, so ended up resigning because she was miserable. I wish they could have worked something out with her, and shouldn't give new hires that information if that's not true.
